WORK WITH ME THROUGH THE BODY
My 1 on 1 work starts with helping YOU find safety and stability in your body first. This is what many other therapies and healing modalities lack. Safety and stability is paramount to healing trauma. We never "dive" into trauma history without it!
Your nervous system does not yet have the capacity to uncover trauma. Once we find safety and stability which we do through nervous system regulation exercises, then and only then we can have some space and settling for other things to come up. In Somatic Experiencing, doing less is more. Your body will manage things better in small doses! And you'll stick around for the process!
